Book Blog Expo Day 3: Most Anticipated Books & Giveaway Day

Most Anticipated Books

Every month, I publish a post about the books coming out that month that I am looking forward to. Some months I am able to get to them, but most I just haven’t had time for yet… this is part of the reason why I’ll be really cutting back on honest reviews next year.

Feel free to check out January through June’s lists below!

  • 3 January Book Releases I Can’t Wait To Read
  • 2 February Book Releases I Can’t Wait To Read
  • 6 March Book Releases I Can’t Wait To Read
  • 6 April Book Releases I Can’t Wait To Read
  • 3 May Book Releases I Can’t Wait To Read
  • 3 June Book Releases I Can’t Wait To Read
For the rest of 2018, I’m really looking forward to a number of books! Stay tuned for my future monthly breakdowns! 🙂
Though I will say that the top three books that I cannot wait to get my hands on this year are:
  1. The Last Time I Lied by Riley Sager

The Last Time I Lied is definitely one I'm hoping to read soon since I enjoyed Final Girls so much. I'm also excited for Muse of Nightmares by Laini Taylor.

I stopped doing my monthly new releases posts because it was depressing me that I never got to them. Of my 3 most anticipated books 2 I have for review (love Netgalley) and I'm checking Netgalley weekly for the third to pop up there. See what those books are in my Day 3 post and enter my giveaway!

There’s several books coming out in June and July that I’m excited for but I probably won’t read them ASAP. I don’t know why but I always do that. Maybe I’m trying to prolong the pleasure?

Maybe!! 🙂 I wait a bit on many new releases as well. Part of me wants the hype for them to die down a bit.

Your monthly posts always make me add things to my TBR! I'm looking forward to two books I've already pre-ordered: Emily Giffin's All We Ever Wanted and Kate Morton's The Clockmaker's Daughter.

I originally learned who he was after seeing him participate in the KillerCon 2020 Virtual Event. I went to follow him and his publishing house, Perpetual Motion Machine (that he runs with Lori Michelle), immediately after his reading.

Within the PMM publishing house, they also have the imprint, Ghoulish Books, which launched in January of 2022. Max’s latest book, Maggots Screaming!, launched today April 12th, 2022 from that imprint. In celebration, I’m so excited to be sharing this interview with Max!

Diaries of the Damned by Ivan Radev is a collectio Diaries of the Damned by Ivan Radev is a collection of tales that span numerous dark fears. But as always, even in the darkness, there’s a bit of light.

In the foreword, the author warns that this is a book of fears, and boy does he play on fears wonderfully! Each tale is presented to readers in the first person to really get readers in the characters shoes. Please use caution here when you dive in. The author does not shy away from the darkness.

Phew, this read will take readers on quite the journey! It was the perfect read for a dark and rainy spring weekend.
