[Top 10 Tuesday] Ten Books On My Fall TBR

September 19, 2017      Erica Robyn      18 Comments

Top 10 Tuesday Ten Books On My Fall TBR List

Top 10 Tuesday is created and hosted by The Broke and the Bookish.

I’m not usually one to create a seasonal TBR list simply because seeing a list of books that I want to read in a certain amount of time tends to stress me out!

However, since Fall is my favorite season, I just couldn’t pass this one up!

Enjoy!

Ten Books On My Fall TBR

  1. We Were Liars by E. Lockhart (a reread for my book club)
  2. Little Monsters by Kara Thomas
  3. When I Am Through With You by Stephanie Kuehn
  4. In A Dark, Dark Wood by Ruth Ware
  5. Heart-Shaped Box by Joe Hill (another reread)
  6. 20th Century Ghosts by Joe Hill
  7. Bite Me by Christopher Moore
  8. Fear Street by R. L. Stine
  9. Midnight at the Bright Ideas Bookstore by Matthew Sullivan
  10. The Name of the Wind by Patrick Rothfuss

I usually make a trip to the library to check out a whole stack of spooky fall books, but this season I’m forcing myself to stick to what I already have. So this list captures the books that I currently own or have borrowed from the library.

I can’t wait to dive in!

Thanks for reading!

Yeah! I can't wait to reread We Were Liars! I can't wait to read Midnight at the Bright Ideas Bookstore as well! I started it a few weeks back, but then got a slew of library books in and had to put it down for awhile.

I love Bite Me! Of course, I like most of Moore's books. Have you read "A Dirty Job?" It's awesome as well. I need to reread that one so I can pick up the sequel.

I've only read We Were Liars which I remember quite liking. I've been so curious to start a Patrick Ness book for some time. I hope you enjoy all of these!

I originally learned who he was after seeing him participate in the KillerCon 2020 Virtual Event. I went to follow him and his publishing house, Perpetual Motion Machine (that he runs with Lori Michelle), immediately after his reading.

Within the PMM publishing house, they also have the imprint, Ghoulish Books, which launched in January of 2022. Max’s latest book, Maggots Screaming!, launched today April 12th, 2022 from that imprint. In celebration, I’m so excited to be sharing this interview with Max!

Diaries of the Damned by Ivan Radev is a collectio Diaries of the Damned by Ivan Radev is a collection of tales that span numerous dark fears. But as always, even in the darkness, there’s a bit of light.

In the foreword, the author warns that this is a book of fears, and boy does he play on fears wonderfully! Each tale is presented to readers in the first person to really get readers in the characters shoes. Please use caution here when you dive in. The author does not shy away from the darkness.

Phew, this read will take readers on quite the journey! It was the perfect read for a dark and rainy spring weekend.
