[Book Blogger Hop] One Author I Dream Of Meeting

April 7, 2017      Erica Robyn      16 Comments

Book Blogger Hop

Book Blogger Hop is a weekly meme hosted by Ramblings of a Coffee Addicted Writer, where you answer a question and join a “hop”. The purpose is to help bloggers discover and get to know one another.
This Week’s Question:
If you could meet one author, dead or alive, who would it be?

My Answer:
Stephen King.

I was born and raised in Maine and unfortunately have never had the opportunity to meet him! I’ve still got my fingers crossed that I will be able to attend one of his book signings or something one day!

King is just such an amazing writer. I haven’t yet read all of his work, but each book that I have read really stuck with me. He was one of my very first favorite authors, and he is most definitely in my top five.

I will never forget the feeling that I had reading The Girl Who Loved Tom Gordon, the first King book I ever read.

Thanks for reading!

Hey there! I agree, some of his work is too much for me. I look forward to reading it later in life to see if I like it any better. 🙂

I don't read Stephen King's books….too scary. I am sure lunch with him would very interesting, though.

ENJOY your weekend, and Happy Hopping!!

Ooooh good choice E! That's such a realistic goal too because he's gotta be around! Maybe we need to pick up a King book for Halloween to buddy read? Like we did Christine two years ago? 😀

YES PLEASE!! I have so many more of his books to read. But I also wouldn't mind a reread of something I've already read 🙂

Stephen King's work is hit and miss for me, but I really admire the man. I think being able to meet him and talk with him would be very worthwhile. Of course, I'd have to get over being star-struck first. LOL

Thank you for sharing. I hope you have a great week!
