A tablet lies on dry grass and surrounded by dandelions in a natural outdoor setting. The screen displays the cover of the book Everybody Is in the Place by Emma J. Gibbon. The cover features a colorful, fantastical illustration of a female figure with glowing eyes and curved horns, holding something mysterious in her hands. Stars and swirling cosmic elements fill the background, giving the cover a magical and otherworldly feel. The title text is in bold, colorful letters across the top and middle, with the author's name at the bottom.

Anything But Books Book Tag

This tag is such a fun one! It’s also a great way to get to know the various bloggers that complete it because it covers many fun topics.

Enjoy!

The Anything But Books Tag

Created by ReadorRot.

1. Name a cartoon that you love.
I am currently watching Dragon Ball Z for the first time with my boyfriend. He owns all of the DVD’s and we’ve made it to season seven together so far! I absolutely hated the Frieza saga, but I loved meeting Cell! Now we’ve moved on to the Otherworld Martial Arts Tournament, which I am also enjoying quite a bit!

2. What is your favorite song right now?
Now Or Never by Halsey. I’m so hooked!

3. What could you do for hours that isn’t reading?
Oh, I could walk around taking photos for hours! I used to just throw on chucks and explore NYC or Portland, Maine when I was living in those cities and I always loved it. Unfortunately, I haven’t done much exploring in the area where I am living now. For some reason, I’m just uncomfortable going out on my own here.

4. What is something you love to do that your followers would be surprised by?
Hmm… Well, I love going to punk/punk rock shows! Not sure if that would really surprise anyone though. I haven’t been to one in quite a while now. Hopefully I will get to a show soon! Seeing the Misfits was one of my favorite concerts that I have ever been to, and I’ve been to over 35 shows!

5. What is your favorite thing to learn about?
I love learning the latest and greatest tips about social media and marketing. Everything changes so quickly in the online world… So while it can be frustrating at times, I love learning new things and using that for my company and all of our clients.

6. What is something unusual you know how to do?
Hmm…The “weirdest” thing that I can think of, is that I know how to properly band a lobster’s claws. Of course, that’s not super weird where I am from, but it’s very different from anything related to this book blogging world.

7. Name something you’ve made in the last year.
I created this blog within the last year! 🙂

8. What is your most recent personal project?
I do photography as a hobby, but from time to time, I take up paid jobs for people. My most recent photography project was a lovely maternity shoot. Feel free to check out the Facebook album by clicking here!

9. Tell us something you think about often.
Buying a house! I absolutely cannot wait to get out of the town house we are in. It’s time. We’re slowly but surely getting there financially. Our plan right now is to pay off a couple of student loans before we talk to a mortgage company again in order to see how much our package changed after getting rid of some debt.

10. Give us something that’s your favorite, but make it something oddly specific.
Seadog Blue Paw beer with blueberries in it. It’s the one type of beer that I truly love! Adding frozen or fresh blueberries is always a fun touch!

11. Lastly, say the first thing that pops into your head.

Ugh, now I’m thirsty…
