This post is so beyond overdue! For Christmas last year, my amazing friend Sarah got me a blind date with a horror book!
How cute is this gift when all wrapped up?! That wrapping style with the different areas where you can place items is awesome! I’m so envious of their wrapping skills. My giftwrapping hasn’t changed much since I was a kid… it’s messy, but I still try my best!
Sarah knows that I’m horror obsessed and that LOVE short stories. When I read the back that gives you a little preview, I could see why she chose this for me! The back read: Horror, 18+, 12 stories, then dives into a little blurb about what to expect within the pages of the mystery book.
When I saw the name Cujo, I had an inkling as to what was going to be inside.
Opening the package was SO much fun! Even though you can see most of what was included from the version of the wrapped book, I was still shocked at how much was packed in here! There were bookmarks, stickers, a marker, a pen, sticky notes and sticky page markers, a honey stirrer, tea, chocolate, and even lip gel!
And of course, we had the book, You Like It Darker by Stephen King! I haven’t yet gotten to read this book, but I cannot wait to dive in!
This was SUCH a nice treat and what a great idea for gifting! The golden color theme here was a nice touch!
